The signs that something might be clogging your water or sewer lines can be subtle, like a gurgling sound in your sink when the toilet flushes. It might be more noticeable, like a strong odor. What is usually not so obvious is the location or the cause of the clog. You can rely on the experts from Aqua Resources to provide a quick, accurate diagnosis and the least-invasive resolution available.

You never appreciate how much you depend on something until you no longer have it. This is especially true when it comes to running water or working toilets! When your water or sewer lines become clogged, and your service is suddenly interrupted, everyday life comes to an abrupt and frustrating halt. Count on the professionals at Aqua Resources to help identify the issue, clean and remove debris, and repair any cracked or broken pipes, so life can quickly return to normal.

Aqua Resources offers the following water and sewer line services:

Line Location

To diagnose the problem, you need to first identify the location of the water or sewer line. Aqua Resources has a full range of sophisticated subterranean locating devices designed to find and map all of your utility lines. In addition to completing the job efficiently, our state-of-the-art technology enables us to use the least invasive methodology available to avoid unnecessary property damage. Once the line is located, we use specially designed diagnostic equipment, including video camera inspection, to identify the cause of the clog so we can resolve it quickly.

Video Camera Inspection

Aqua Resources uses a sophisticated mobile camera that travels throughout the length of your sewer pipe and then projects the image onto a monitor. This inside view takes the guesswork out of identifying the location and source of the blockage, so our technicians can quickly begin removing the clog. After removing the obstruction, we take another look with the camera to confirm that your pipes are clear.

Hydro jetting uses extremely high-pressure water propelled through your pipes to eliminate even the most stubborn blockages, and leave your lines virtually spotless. Aqua Resources’ hydro jetter truck leverages a robust 2,000 pounds per square inch (PSI) at 65 gallons per minute (GPM) for removing all types of debris, including tree roots, grease, and sludge.

Electro-Mechanical Cleaning (“Snaking”)

There are situations when hydro jetting simply isn’t practical, usually due to restricted access, or when potential flooding is a concern. In these instances, electro-mechanical cleaning, sometimes called “snaking,” can be the ideal alternative. This hand-operated device includes a long, flexible cable connected to an electro-mechanical boring machine. At the end of the cable, an attached blade cuts through the debris, removing the blockage and restoring normal flow to your line.

Sometimes water or sewer lines incur damage in the form of cracks or leaks that must be repaired or replaced. This is often due to root intrusion, which left undetected, can expand and put pressure on the pipe, eventually cracking it. Extreme weather conditions, such as frozen ground, can also cause pipes to crack or collapse. Even older pipes can experience corrosive buildup, which can fracture lines or pipe seals. Aqua Resources is fully equipped to handle a wide range of line repairs, or when needed, efficiently replace existing water or sewer lines with new pipe without unnecessary damage to landscaping, sidewalks or driveways.
