Anthony J. Donatoni,
Aqua Resources, President
Aqua Resources’ President Anthony “Don” Donatoni brings more than 40 years of experience in the field of environmental management to his role as president of Aqua Resources, and is responsible for overseeing the operations and delivery of water and wastewater services to residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers and clients throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Donatoni, who has been with Aqua America since 1995.
Before joining Aqua America, Donatoni served as an executive for United States Pollution Control Industries, a subsidiary of the Union Pacific Corporation. He also worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources as head of its Office of Policy, where he was responsible for long-range policy and the development of regulations to carry out the department’s myriad of environmental protection programs. Earlier in his career, Donatoni held a variety of professional and managerial positions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia. Donatoni earned a B.C.E. in civil and environmental engineering from Villanova University.
Operations Manager, Field Services Division
Aqua Resources’ Operations Manager, Field Services Division, George Golden draws on an extensive background as a former owner/operator, providing comprehensive systems operations and maintenance to Pennsylvania municipalities. Golden is responsible for the routine maintenance, repairs, overhaul, and installation of wastewater pumping stations and treatment plant equipment to municipalities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. Prior to joining Aqua Resources, he ran two companies, Golden Mechanical and Concord Wastewater Services, both of which Aqua Resources acquired in 2005.
